Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for products that are damaged or defective upon receipt, or if you receive the wrong product. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your order and provide evidence of the issue, such as photos or videos.

Refund Process 

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@feelgoodcup.com. We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a refund to your original method of payment within fourteen (14) business days of receiving your request. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Product Return 

If you are eligible for a refund, we may ask you to return the product to us. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and the product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Refund Denial

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product has been used, damaged due to customer misuse or negligence, or returned after the seven (7) day eligibility period. We may also deny a refund if the product was purchased from a third-party seller or outside of our website.
